Your website, without the WordPress

We move small business websites onto fast, lightweight sites that you change just by asking. The same pages at the same addresses, and nothing to update, patch or worry about.

Why move?

Fast

Plain, ready-made pages with no database behind them, and photos sized for where they appear, in the modern WebP format. Pages load quickly, even on a phone.

Nothing to patch

No plugins, no updates and no admin login on the site for anyone to guess. There is very little to go wrong or be hacked.

The same addresses

Every page, post and product keeps its web address, so links, bookmarks and search results keep working.

Easy to change

Tell the assistant what you’d like, or edit the page yourself, and see the result in a preview straight away.

How it works

No website yet? Describe your business and we’ll write a first version for you instead.

  1. We bring your site across

Your pages, blog posts, images, menus and contact forms move into one of our themes, laid out in clean sections. Every word is checked against the old page, so nothing is lost or reworded.

  1. You make it yours

Look it over in the SakerWeb console. Ask the assistant for changes, edit pages by hand, and try the other themes and colours.

  1. Keep it up to date

Add pages, blog posts and photos whenever you like. Every change is recorded, and anything not yet published can be undone.

Change it by asking

Type what you’d like in plain English, and the assistant makes the change in a preview beside the chat:

  • “Make the opening heading shorter.”
  • “Add a call to action linking to the contact page.”
  • “Swap the order of the second and third sections.”

Prefer to do it yourself? Every page also has a simple form with each of its parts.

It won’t make things up

The assistant isn’t allowed to invent phone numbers, email addresses, prices, testimonials or links. If a change needs one, it asks you.

Every change is checked before it’s saved, and any change that isn’t published yet can be undone, not just the last one.

Questions

How much does it cost?

SakerWeb is in beta, and we’re not publishing prices yet. Get in touch and we’ll talk it through.

Will my page addresses change?

No. Every page, blog post, product and category keeps its old address. A page you delete later sends its visitors on to another page of your choice.

Will the AI rewrite my words?

Not when we bring your site across: every word and image of each old page is checked against the new one, and if anything is lost or added, the page is laid out again. When you edit, the assistant changes only what you ask for.

Can any website be moved?

Most can. WordPress sites move best, WooCommerce shops included: they become a catalogue with an Enquire button on each product, with no cart or checkout. Other sites are read page by page, up to 200 pages. Sites built by JavaScript in the browser can’t be read.

What happens to my contact form?

It comes across too. Messages are kept in the console and emailed to you, and spam is held back without a captcha or any outside service. Other forms, such as newsletter sign-ups and bookings, aren’t moved: we list where they were, so the service’s own widget can be added back.

Can I change the design later?

Yes, at any time. Try another theme on your own site before choosing it: your content stays the same, and the change can be undone.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can describe the change you want, the assistant can make it, and you see it in the preview before it goes anywhere.
